From SNOW to SUN, what a glorious transition that was:)

This past new years, my family set flight to sunny Honolulu, Hawaii!  It was such a fun trip, it consisted of playing on the beach, pearl harbor, north shore, turtle bay, the temple, Polynesian culture center, Diamond head, hanauma bay, going to a Luau, cocoa puff cream puffs, lava flows, purple bread, surfing, the best snow cones in the world, and lots and lots of good eating!  This was definitely a trip Sean and i will always remember.
The fun started when we caught a flight from salt lake to San Francisco.  We got into San Fran. a little late and BARELY caught the flight to Hawaii. It all worked out perfectly because that flight was delayed because of door malfunctions.  It was a blessing to make that flight and to not be stuck in San Fran over night.  We arrived in beautiful Hawaii right as the New Year fireworks were going off!!  It was a site for sore eyes!  I swear they have more fireworks on New Years, than we have on the 4th of July.  Our hotel was prefect as it overlooked the beach.  We stayed in three different hotels in a matter of 10 days.  We all got a great tan as we layed out over the week and a half, some more than others :)

Here are a few pictures of our trip:
